Kettlebell Class Schedule

A kettlebell is a cannonball with a handle molded onto it. Founded in Russia more than 100 years ago, it was an alternative form of weight resistance. It was used in the Russian military to train soldiers, and then became a popular form of training for Russian athletes.

Kettlebells were introduced into the United States about 5 years ago by Pavel Tsatsouline and Dragon Door publications. Many athletes report better results with Kettlebells than any other training tool available.

I discovered Kettlebell training about two years ago. I was amazed and intrigued by the success stories I read on the Dragon Door website. I especially loved the claim that “kellebells hack away the fat, without the dishonor of dieting and aerobics”.

Since training with Kettlebells, I have experienced this first hand. I feel leaner and stronger than ever. After just two months of training with kettlebells my clients could see a difference in my body composition, and many of them asked to train with Kettlebells too.

Last September I received my Russian Kettlebell Instructor certification. My clients couldn’t be happier.
